Our Past

In 2006, Michael Morgan was President and Managing Partner of a large regional firm, specializing in high volume light industrial staffing. Michael soon recognized the lack of professional placement services and so, from that need, MJ Morgan Group was born. Since then, MJM has grown into a full-service employment solutions firm with divisions in IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Administrative, and Light Industrial to name a few.

Today, MJ Morgan Group is stronger than ever. Our team members are more than just good employees; they are good people who have truly cared about our clients since MJM’s inception in 2006.
